We recently had to replace a heater we had installed as a refurbished unit over 10 years ago for one of our oldest clients. The heater had cracks in the combustion chamber on the annual service and was too far gone to be re-welded on site and parts where becoming obsolete. We decided to install a new modulating Powrmatic LXF 60 in a new position and smaller in size to save on gas usage and also install some destratification fans so the heat generated at height would be blown down to floor level again saving on gas usage. Our inhouse team of engineers installed the replacement heater and the destratification fans and the client is happy with the end product and working well.
