Here’s How the Refurbishment Process Works
We offer a full warranty with all of our Reconditioned Heaters due to the high standard we rebuild the heaters. Please visit our shop or e-bay to see what we have currently for sale or contact us for any questions you may have.
Step 1
The old unit arrives into our factory in preparation of being refurbished.
Step 2
The Heater unit is then completely stripped down and cleaned.
Step 3
The Heat Exchanger is then repaired / replaced as required.
Step 4
The unit and casing in then rebuilt and prepared for painting.
Step 5
The heater unit is then given fresh paint.
Step 6
The Motor is then fully stripped down and refurbished.
Step 7
The burner is also stripped down and refurbished.
Step 8
The heater is then completely rebuilt and thoroughly tested.
Step 9
The heater is completely rebuilt.
Step 10
The control panel and instruction manuals are attached to the heater.
Step 11
The completed heater is wrapped and stored in our warehouse on a pallet ready for delivery / shipping.
Step 12
The heater is installed on site by our professional fully qualified engineers.
