Replacement Gas Heater in a Retail Store

We recently had to replace a heater we had installed as a refurbished unit over 10 years ago for one of our oldest clients. The heater had cracks in the combustion chamber on the annual service and was too far gone to be re-welded on site and parts where becoming obsolete. We decided to install a new modulating Powrmatic LXF 60 in a new position and smaller in size to save on gas usage and also install some destratification fans...
