Where We Started
CK Services was established in 1990 by it’s founder, Ken Smith with his many years of prior experience as a heating engineer working for one of the largest heating installers in the UK. Starting out in just a single industrial unit based in Darwen, CK had to quickly expand into larger premises – operating the business from 4 adjoining units. Ken’s son, Andy joined the family business from leaving school.

Where We Are Now
Andy later became a Director of the company and in 2016, CK Services moved premises to a much larger 10,000 square ft. factory based in Blackburn, Lancashire. Now trading successfully for well over 28 years, with a number of repeat clients all over the UK and a team of 15+ staff, plus a wider network of trusted, qualified installers and heating engineers covering the whole of the UK.

What We Do
CK Services 1990 Ltd. specialise in all aspects of LPG/Natural Gas and Oil/Kerosene heating installations including offering site surveys, heating maintenance contracts, spare parts supply and are an approved stockist and supplier of new and reconditioned heaters from all of the main manufacturers. We’re also proud to be the UK’s biggest supplier of reconditioned heaters.

Our Family run company has been in the commercial heating trade for over 50 years, spanning 2 generations and providing a full turn key HVAC service from a small factory to a large retailer with many stores nationwide.
No job is too small or too big and we cater for a wide range of clients from a reconditioned heater for customers on a small budget to state the art condensing heating system and heat recovery units, we can also work with CAD and consultants to help the client to get a system that meet their requirements in efficiency and quick installation and provide a full aftercare reactive breakdown and maintenance service. All our engineers are in the house trained by leading bodies on the equipment we work on as well as on safety. Client communication and good service with regular updates is the key to our success.
