CK Services 1990 Ltd. Important Announcement – Acquisition of Acewell Installations Ltd.

CK Services1990 LTD has recently taken over control of the commercial heating side of Acewell Installations LTD and we are currently integrating all Acewell commercial warm air heating customers into our CK Services 1990 client list. We are in the process of contacting all existing clients from Acewell Installations LTD to inform them of this news and any currently booked heating engineer services and ongoing maintenance contracts will now be honoured by us at CK Services 1990 with no change to existing clients of Acewell Installations LTD.

Acewell Installations LTD will still be the local Calor gas and Air Products agent in the area, providing bottled gas for domestic and commercial premises and Air products for welding and cutting gas as well as hired portable heating. Acewell Installations LTD are doing extremely well with the fire wood supplies and wood burning stoves and want to develop this side of the business going forwards. With CK Services1990 continuing to expand, and being directly recommended by Acewell to their existing clients, the decision was made by all Directors that a take over of the commercial heating side of the business would be better for their clients as well as for our company.
